Infilco Degremont Announces New Service Program Called INFILCareSM
Richichmond, Virginia — Infilco Degremont, a recognized water and wastewater treatment equipment supplier, announces a new ancillary services program called INFILCareSM. Available in June, the program is designed to help facility managers extend the life of their equipment, protect their processes, and maximize their overall operations.
With INFILCare, plant managers can choose their level of service and frequency of mechanical and process evaluations. Detailed inspection reports and recommendations are provided with each checkup. Other program offerings include operator training, parts discounts, water analysis, technical consultations, and dedicated customer care representatives.
Infilcare® was developed in response to market demand for maintenance services. "Late in 2003 we hired an independent market research firm to examine customer needs for preventive maintenance services", explains Bob Lake, Director of Services at Infilco Degremont. "Feedback confirmed our theory that water and wastewater facility managers would be very interested in taking advantage of equipment audits and inspections in order to improve their operations."
